It was easy and someone would raise fund and I need to spend it. NGOs always have income and expenses but never look into profit-loss as neither profit is shared nor loss is considered. We are expected to spend what we plan and what we suppose to deliver. With this mentality I was keen to start a company.   I entirely gave the responsibility to a colleague of mine to start it. My plan was to start the company to bring young people together, use their skills and share their experiences and share the benefits. But my colleague did not understand my vision and started the registration processes and considered both of us are 50-50 share holders. The company was registered and started with big-bang. I tried to get a project and we started implementing it. We all were delighted that we received a project in the first attempt itsel

At first I did not pay attention but, after proceeding ahead few meters, I thought of stopping for a while. He ran fast to me and requested for Rs 100 to reach his home in Sangli. I always meet with such people in the city, so I was hesitant to give him money, instead, I asked him how he was planning to go to Sangli? He told me that he would take a train from Pune railway station. I told him that I would drop him at the station. He sat behind me. I asked his name and for that he said Vishal and stayed with his family a village near Sangli. He had a small bundle of clothes and few instruments with him. While driving him to railway station I asked him that why he came to Pune. He told me that he was a mason and was doing masonry work at his village and was getting Rs 300 to 350 per day.

YouthAid Foundation in association with Youth4Change promotes Online-service centres at different geographical areas of Chhattisgarh for providing facilities for multiple transactions at single location. The main purpose of the centre to provide a physical facility for delivery of various e-services like online job applications, re-charge of mobiles, ticket booking etc. Every youth is supported with a laptop and seed capital of Rs 10000/- to initiate online service centres.
